Charles Randall was born in Detroit, Michigan and, while attending Wayne State University, obtaining undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance. While obtaining his degrees, Charles owned and operated the Randall Insurance Agency, Inc. earning the designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor. Charles was the agency’s licensed property and casualty insurance agent for 9 years. Later, he would attend what is now Michigan State Law School, clerking with the Michigan Tax Tribunal, and later worked as a tax accountant with the CPA firms of Arthur Andersen & Co in Detroit and later with Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles. In the ensuing 33 years, Charles has worked as a civil and administrative trial attorney in many states including California, Florida, Washington and New York.

Charles has practiced nearly the entire gambit of contested civil law from jury trials to state administrative actions, including the prosecution of appeals in both state and federal courts. Among other cases, he represented a class of Cuban Nationals who were suing the United States and the Department of Navy claiming to be owed civil servant pension monies promised them as Cuban Marchant Marines for their often-heroic service rendered to the Allied war effort during World War II. While prosecuting such an action during the height of the United States Embargo on the Republic of Cuba, Charles enjoyed the privilege of traveling without restriction throughout the Castro Cuban Republic meeting government officials and common country people alike. During this time, Charles also litigated several multi-million dollar cases for his other clients, some of which had filed for bankruptcy reorganizations and/or liquidations.

Complementing the already impressive credentials of Randall &Waldner, Charles is Certified and acknowledged within the industry as having an expertise in the Fair Credit Reporting Act which now extends to service the Firm’s valued clients who need to improve their credit. With this Certification, the Firm has again committed to constantly stay updated with the new laws that govern credit scores and their intersection with the bankruptcy process.
Charles is an avid kickboxer, trap shooter and motorcyclist.
